This series of ground carbon fiber powder is made from carbon fiber precursor through special surface treatment technology, mechanical grinding, screening, and drying. It has stability, conductivity, self-lubricating, and reinforcement.
此系列研磨碳纤维粉末是由以碳纤维原丝为原料,经过特殊的表面处理技术、机械研磨、筛分、烘干而成,它具有稳定性,导电性,自润滑性,增强性,可与树脂、塑料(PA、PC、PTFE、PP、LCP、PEEK、PI等)金属、橡胶等材料进行复合,以增加材料的强度、耐磨、导电、抗静电等性能。

Use method 使用方法
按照所需添加量,研磨碳纤维粉末/短切碳纤维与基材共混均匀后,经螺杆挤出机塑化造粒。
According to the required addition amount, the ground carbon fiber powder/chopped carbon fiber and the base material are blended evenly, and then plasticized and granulated by the screw extruder.
